Until the launch of their new Web site at www.kcrconcepts.net, KCR Concepts delivered its services in person and tracked vehicle and customer information manually in a spreadsheet.

Web Design Studio designed the KCR site to be user friendly, search engine ready, and functional; reflecting the KCR approach and unique value to end users. Working closely with the KCR team, Web Design Studio developed a Web based application to take the KCR Changes N' Rotations® service plan online - tracking customer usage of the service plan over a 12 month period.

Changes N' Rotations, an innovative service plan given to customers at the time of their vehicle purchase, helps dealers create customer loyalty incentives. "With the inception of the Changes N' Rotations program in January 2004, Gene Latta Ford has used this program to grow our customer loyalty by retaining their continued patronage throughout their first year," stated Beth Goodrich, Service Manager at Gene Latta Auto Group, Hanover, PA.
